Responsibilities: To address the issues of UAV enhancement by proposing some IoT-based routing strategies. Further, to propose solutions to the Detection and Avoid (DAA) methods for a swarm of UAVs.
Outcomes from the Project:
–> Published manuscript titled “Towards energy-efficient UAV-assisted 5G internet of underwater things,” in ACM MobiCom 2022, Drone-Com workshop, presented physically in Sydney, Australia in October 2022.
–> A manuscript titled “CROP: Cluster-based Routing using Optimized Framework for IoT-based Precision Agriculture,” was presented in IEEE ICC 2023 in Rome Italy.
–> A manuscript titled “DAAPEO: Detect and avoid path planning for UAV-assisted 5G enabled energy-optimized IoT,” was presented in IEEE INFOCOM 2023, Drone-Com workshop.
–>A patent titled “Methods and Systems for Energy-optimized UAV-assisted Underwater Wireless Sensor Network,” got approved by IIT Kharagpur IPR cell. Now, it is under process for further steps\
